Terms and Conditions – Competition
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of The Dash Group, their families, agents or third parties associated with the administration of the prize draw.
- The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- Prize consists of the rental of a campervan from Cornwall Campervans (part of Dash Drive) for a period of 1 week. Although insurance is included, the insurance excess, excess mileage, fuel and damage will remain the liability of the renter (winner).
- The winner must have a driving licence valid in the UK and meet our insurance criteria. This can be found in the T&Cs on the Dash Drive website https://www.dashdrive.co.uk/terms-conditions/
- The weeks rental will be subject to availability.
- The vehicle must be collected and returned to the Dash Drive office in Redruth, Cornwall, TR15 3RQ.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, subject to availability and no cash alternative will be given.
- All entrants will be added to The Cornwall Campervans e-mailing list, and by entering this prize draw you consent to receive promotional offers via email from Cornwall Campervans and Dash Drive. Applicants can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on all promotional emails.
- The opening date of the prize draw is 1st August 2018. The closing date for entries is 31st August 2018.
- Cornwall Campervans accepts no responsibility for entries not completed due to technical faults.
- The winner will be selected at random via Google’s random number generator from all valid entries received by the closing date. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page on https://www.facebook.com/CornwallCampervans/.
- To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 7 days of the winner being announced on Facebook.
- Cornwall Campervans reserves the right to select another winner if the prize is unclaimed by 5th September 2018.
- Once claimed, Cornwall Campervans will contact the winner to book a suitable week.
- Any decision regarding the prize draw made by Cornwall Campervans is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Cornwall Campervans reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to it submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
